Building Creative Partnerships That Actually Work
We've spent years figuring out what makes art education partnerships successful. It's not just about signing agreements. It's about finding collaborators who genuinely care about helping people develop their observational drawing skills in realistic, sustainable ways.
Start a ConversationRecognition Built Through Consistent Results
Since 2019, we've been working with art institutions and community centres across the UK. What started as small pilot programs in Luton has grown into something bigger than we expected.
We were shortlisted for the Arts Education Innovation Award in 2024. That felt good. But honestly, what matters more is when partner organisations come back year after year because their students actually improve.
Our partnership model focuses on long-term skill development. We track student progress across multiple terms and adjust our approach based on what the data tells us. No flashy promises, just careful attention to what works.
Three Partnership Models We've Developed
Different organisations have different needs. We've created three distinct approaches based on what's actually worked over the past six years.
Curriculum Integration
For colleges and universities looking to strengthen their foundation art courses. We work directly with your existing teaching staff to develop observational drawing modules that fit your academic calendar. Most institutions start with autumn term 2025 integration after summer planning sessions.
Community Programme Support
Art centres and community spaces often want to offer life drawing but lack experienced instructors. We provide trained educators, curriculum materials, and ongoing support. Spring 2026 intake applications open in autumn 2025 for centres across the Midlands and South regions.
Corporate Creative Development
Design firms and creative agencies sometimes invest in skill development for their teams. Our corporate programmes focus on visual problem-solving through observational practice. Sessions typically run as quarterly workshops or intensive summer programmes.
What Partner Directors Actually Say
We asked two of our longest-standing partners to share their honest experience working with us.
We started with Brakth Vurd in autumn 2021 with just one pilot group. The thing that impressed me most was how they listened to our specific challenges rather than trying to sell us a packaged solution. Three years later, they're running programmes across four of our community centres. The student retention rate speaks for itself.
What I appreciate is their flexibility. When COVID disrupted our spring 2022 term, they adapted the entire curriculum for remote delivery within two weeks. And when we wanted to expand into figure sculpture alongside drawing, they helped us find qualified instructors rather than pretending their team could teach everything.
Let's Talk About Your Specific Situation
Partnership conversations start with understanding what you're trying to achieve. We'll ask questions about your current programmes, student demographics, and realistic timelines. No pressure, just an honest discussion about whether we're a good fit.
